Eickemeyer Courses – State-of-the-art training in Europe’s largest veterinary training centre

At the EICKEMEYER training centre in Germany we offer superb training and refresher courses. Theory lectures, practical demonstrations and hands-on veterinary seminars in small groups provide the maximum learning in the minimum time. High tech lecture facilities and full operating theatre facilities make training easy, convenient and practical.

Since 1985 more than 10,000 veterinarians have attended EICKEMEYER courses; only the world’s best speakers are invited to address them. The objective is to improve your diagnostic and surgical skills; while theory is very important, what you try for yourself under the supervision of our course leaders is what will make you a better veterinary surgeon.

Small groups guarantee maximum learning; so popular are these courses some vets have attended more than 50 times.

German Courses

The following terms will be accepted by confirming your registration.

Registration for the course: The number of participants is limited to about 40 Vets. Acceptance of registration will be in effect by filling out the registration form and faxing it to our office number listed below. Final registration will then be in effect by complete payment of the full amount by credit card. You will receive the course invoice 6 weeks before the course date. The other important documents will be sent to you approx. 2 weeks before.

Payment: The total amount including 19% VAT must be paid by credit-card. Credit card payments will be applied to your card account 4 weeks before the course is scheduled to commence. Visa and Mastercard accepted.

Cancellation: If the course has to be cancelled for reasons on behalf of Eickemeyer such as but not limited to: instructor illness or limited booking attendance for the course no claims can be made and any moneys tendered for the course only will be fully refunded. If you cancel the course 6 weeks before it takes place you do not have to pay any charges. For cancellation 5 weeks before you will incur a service charge of $100.00 CAN and the course amount will be refunded. If you cancel your attendance 3 weeks or less prior to course commencement, we reserve the right to hold 50% of the total ammount.

Catering: The price includes lunch, dinner, all drinks, coffee breaks and snacks for these two days. It is also possible to invite a guest for the dinner, at an additional cost of $60.00 CAN.

Hotel reservation: We are able to provide hotel reservations on request. Eic kemeyer has an agreement with Hotel Traube in Wurmlingen for our guests. Please write down your preferences on the application form. Please note that the costs for the overnight stay are not included in the course fee but will be charged directly to you by the hotel.
